Shipping policy

Each of our products are handcrafted and require 3-5 days to be created and packaged by hand. Then they will be shipped to you in the time specified by you at checkout.

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

With all of this being stated, please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in texture and color for example).

Happy to ship anywhere INTERNATIONALLY. Listed shipping is for DOMESTIC ONLY, if you are interested, please drop a note for a shipping quote outside the continental states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
